Dear Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.,

Dear President Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.,

I wanted to be the first to call you that! I am guessing I'm not though. Surely someone has beaten me to the punch!

Could I please get an autographed photo? Maybe a candid shot of you shaking a voters hand or something?

Recently I had the privilege of being a Story County delegate here in Iowa for your Presidential campaign. I wanted to go onto the State level, but other people got that honor. I had to register as a Democrat to be a delegate for you (something that upset my Republican girlfriend). I've been a registered Independent of over 18 years, signing that Democrat card was hard. But now I can change back!

It confuses me why people make a big deal out of your middle name. Sure, it's the name of a bad guy, but it's not like your grandparents knew there would be a Saddam when they named your dad. This is just stupid.

I can feel for you though as my middle name is Lynn. Imagine growing up with that as part of your name! Most people consider "Lynn" to be a girl's name. Ay least no one would think that about any part of your name.

I'm inclosing $5. You can use it on your campaign or buy one of your interns a coffee at Starbucks or something. Either would be nice.

Sincerely,

Christopher L. Jorgensen

My reaction:

I really did send this letter above letter back in April. Barack never showed me the love I was looking for, unless you count a fundraising letter I got. Still voting for him. I did send him $5, H. Clinton $1, and McCain $1. Not one of them wrote me back!
