My reaction:
The irony here is a few days after I sent this letter, Bill O is on the TV, he’d just had a tooth out, and was blaming saying stupid things on this. Anyway, he says something like, “I don’t know what I don’t know,” which I took as him saying he has no idea he’s an asshat.
