Dear Conan O’Brien

Dear Mr. O'Brien.

I know what it's like to be stalked. It happened to me once (actually twice). I feel bad for you. I was never stalked by a priest though. That has to be really weird.

Can I have an autographed photo? Please say yes. Or don't say anything at all, just send it to the above address.

Sincerely,

Christopher L. Jorgensen

p.s. don't make me send this letter another 99 times. Ha ha!

My reaction:

I’m too tired, lazy, and bored to post a real letter with a real response. It would mean I’d have to take some photos or type something (or ask the girlfriend/editor/typist to do it). And then there would be the scanning to do. I honestly don’t feel up to it. Besides, I am running out of letters. I think my backlog is down to three (not sure if I can really call three a backlog). I have too many unanswered letters out there. I am going to have to start putting more of them up.

I still had hope for this one through. I really thought Conan might, you know, have a sense of humor. But I guess being stalked isn’t that much fun. It wasn’t for me. If you have no idea what I am talking about, hit this: “O’Brien’s alleged stalker fit to stand trial.” If you still want to know more, remember, google is your friend.

The stalker eventually pleaded guilty, so I think you can take “alleged” out of the above headline.
