Dear Philips,
I think your TVs are the best, but sadly I can't afford one, so was wondering if you had any contests going where I could try to win one or something. Maybe I could write an essay on why I like your TVs, or maybe one about how I really deserve a Philips TV. You could have some big shot executive deliver it to my house, and I'd act all surprised for the cameras!
What do you say? Is there a way I could get a TV for free? And not to look a gift horse in the mouth or anything, but I would like my TV to be flat and HD and as bis as possible.

My reaction:
Yeah, I don’t see why they didn’t just send me something like a big TV. This was one of the first letters I’d written. Think of how long their product would have been on this site. Nine months at least! That has to be worth at least $20.
